The Académie des Grands Québécois welcomes Sister Lise Tanguay

On January 26, the Chambre de commerce et d’industrie de Québec (CCIQ) revealed the names of four Quebec luminaries who, by their community involvement, energy and accomplishments, have greatly enriched Quebec’s society. Sister Lise Tanguay, Superior General of the Fédération des monastères des Augustines de la Miséricorde de Jésus, will be garnered with the title of “Grands Québécois” at the 28th Gala des Grands Québécois to be held on April 15, 2016, at the Fairmont’s Château Frontenac. Following this honour, Sister Lise Tanguay was named a Le Soleil/Radio-Canada Laureate on January 30th.

The other three recipients of this honour are Gertrude Bourdon, President and CEO, CHU de Québec-Université Laval and Fiducie ambassadress; Michel Dallaire, President and CEO, Cominar Real Estate Investment Trust, and; Pierre Lassonde, Chairman, Musée national des beaux-arts du Québec (MNBAQ).
